Returns and refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To qualify, an item must be unused, in the condition received, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed are not returnable unless defective or required by law.

To request a return, email curtis.compendium@gmail.com before sending anything back. Because some Dungeon Masters Dream products are fulfilled by partner suppliers, the correct return location and instructions depend on the item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly at curtis.compendium@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

Exceptions

Digital downloads after access, custom or personalized products, gift cards, hazardous materials, and opened personal-care products cannot be returned. Sale items may be final sale when identified that way on the product page.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional processing time.
