Shipping Policy

Dungeon Masters Dream currently ships physical products to addresses in the United States. Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Physical products may be fulfilled from our own inventory or by supplier partners through Shopify Collective or other connected fulfillment services. Items in the same order may arrive separately.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on the products, destination, and available carrier service. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Processing and transit times may vary by product, supplier, carrier, weather, holidays, and events outside our control.

When a physical order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking for separately shipped items may arrive in multiple messages.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you need help with an address or delivery issue, contact curtis.compendium@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

If a package arrives damaged, an item is missing, or tracking shows an issue, contact curtis.compendium@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photographs so we can investigate.
